1. Acceptance

By creating an Ugrat account or using our API, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Ugrat provides SMS and OTP delivery to Turkmen (+993) mobile numbers via local GSM infrastructure. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform subject to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ugrat to send spam, phishing, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the platform, or resell capacity without written consent.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Turkmen manat. Free-tier limits are listed on the pricing page. Overages are billed at the listed rate.

6. Service availability

We target the uptime SLA listed on your plan. Downtime is measured monthly and excludes scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of acceptable use, non-payment, or threats to the integrity of our network.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable procedures.
